10/10 i definitely recommend it, its pretty easy to come to grips with even if it seems much at first and for the love of god the Vassal creation system is beautiful. Territory transfers with your Vassals are also extremely easy unlike certain other games in the genre *cough*hoi iv*cough* and being an avid paradox fan myself i found it very refreshing and fun. I always find myself coming back to it at least a few hours a week especially with the easy map editor.

I think i will just sum it up to this, i liked the game but it literally couldn't hold onto my interest for one simple reason : never ending ceaseless AI shenanigans. If you own the entire world you will be surprised to find that opposition to you is just as fervent as when you started in fact even more so. Space Battles are done beautifully but the entire system of fun and entertainment is ground to a halt by the fact that you cannot even after almost a century actually wipe out another earth-bound faction. What you get then is a cycle of losing stations and fleets for no good reason other than "The AI rolled a dice therefore your men suddenly love aliens". If you like tedious games AND strategy then yes get it, if like me there is a limit to how much tedium you can handle then dont.

This game really does seem incredibly rushed, especially the military system. I still think it could become much better with frequent updates but to release it in this state was definitely a mistake imho. Id say keep an eye on it and dont rule it getting better out just yet. Ill change my review to a thumbs up if it does get better.

While i love Wargame it was going to give me a heart attack with the pacing and constant alarms, this on the other hand i can actually focus on strategy with and definitely recommend it to anyone else who wants to see his tactics actually have an impact.

Would definitely recommend, went 3 terms scraping the election each time all the while failing miserably to balance the budget. OH WELL AT LEAST IM PRESIDENT

Two years later and im still waiting for an actually large and groundbreaking update, all they do is release tiny updates for things basically nobody has complained about or mentioned. How about finishing the game? Its such a shame because it has so much potential that is being wasted.

Great game, no idea why people are having problems finding servers so far ive never had that problem and considering i only join commander battles that says a lot imo.

Michael, the guy who i work for, told me to write this review to describe the utter hatred he has for this game. I have never seen a man have such disgust in his eyes, such pure disregard for what personally i think is a good game. All in all sorry i have to give it a bad review, its me job and all since michaels a bad dude.

Amazing Game with more than enough choices to make me come back time and time again. Definitely recommend, the content definitely justifies the price, as does the constant updating.
