Firstly, if you're running into memory issues during the shader compilation/gameplay then stop running a buncha programs in the background, it instantly fixed the problem for 3 of us.

So far so fun! Overall there is room for improvement, especially for graphical optimization.. But I didn't run into any game breaking glitches in 10-11 hours so far! One major issue is when the FPS takes a big drop, just doing a save and restarting the game worked to fix it, but I hope that is one of their first to address.
Gunfights are fun and can be a bit hectic if you decide to push too deep into enemy lines. If you've played previous stalker titles you know what you're in for.
Played on Veteran for a couple hours then dialed it back to Stalker difficulty because playing stoned was nigh impossible for me.

So far it seems fantastic

Already better than the OG ARK release, so I cannot complain. The graphical difference is honestly damn beautiful compared to the original too! I look forward to more performance boosts and stabilization, thankfully work has been taking up my time so I can wait for those updates :D
Everyone cryin' about performance, well it was either release the game unfinished or delay it, and lord knows y'all would've been up in arms over another delay...

Probably the worst "AAA" game release I have seen in a while. Soured my experience and I won't be buying anything from Arkane Austin again

It was good. Then they decided to ban my character for violation of the code of conduct, for apparently saying something against the rules. They won't provide evidence so I know what I did wrong, genius model for helping others understand what we did wrong in the first place :D

Even OSRS is less restrictive than this >.>

If you read this and feel like arguing I'll save you time, I don't care.. This is a terrible policy for a MASSIVE game to follow.

Amazing game...
When I was younger my dad and I would play Combat Evolved on PC. There were so many fun matches and BTB galore, I'm sure many of you remember ;) Well he passed away in 2010, it happens, such is life. But man... Booting up into the campaign, seeing that world... Seeing the mayhem of a BTB. It all immediately brought back fond memories of my time with my father. So thank you for giving me that again, it truly meant more than anyone will ever know.
On a serious note though, y'all need to do to the pilot what you did you Peter Dinklage. Unwrite him from this games history.

If you are having performance issues turn off ray tracing, it instantly makes the game 1000% better!

There are some bugs, sure. But I have not run across anything game breaking just yet.
Probably my only complaint was that two bears spawned right in front of me on the geo-mapping mission. Still killed them but almost didn't survive :D
It is for sure difficult, but I am really enjoying that! Last night I spawned into one of our missions and the entire house was engulfed in flames, had to rebuild it all and died in the fire, but man it was funny as hell.
As for graphics, if you tried my advice above you should see a massive increase!

Overall pretty fun game so far, dunno why people are complaining about the nuances between "beta" and "1.0 release". It is not a $60 game, it's half that price and I'd wager you are getting far more value from this than you think :D

Review bombing has to stop if there are a few things you do not like. Really not fair and I guarantee hardly anyone ever comes back to update their review if all of their issues were fixed.
