Reading all these comments, I still don't understand how Clock found the time to hang out with all of us. I could swear that he hung out with me all day every day, but then I see others here saying the same. That dude had just too much love to give out to us. Hopefully he is doing the same where ever he is now.

It's been a little over a year now. I missed the day itself since I was at a con. I remembered you while I was there, don't worry. I'll always remember you. See you some day, buddy.

To the others in the PNW please reach out if you have any info on his resting place, knew the guy for 10 years and never got his fams number or any information to get more closure. Would love to do something to honor him and this community he grew in person one day soon.

We used to be close, years and years ago. I don't even know why we drifted apart. And yet, as time passed, out of all the friendships I had, you were the only one I never took off my friends list. I don't know. I guess part of me always thought there was time to get to know you again, to become close friends again, like we once were.

We started programming at roughly the same time, even if we took very different paths to do so. I always thought that one day we'd catch up again, maybe I'd move up to Washington like we talked about long ago. That we'd regularly hang out and chat and play games and whatever.

But I've just been so busy. I never even had time to visit. Then today, I saw steam said you were offline for months, and I wanted to see what was up. But I didn't expect this.

I guess I'll never know how your programming endeavors really went for you. Never know what's been going on for you over the past years. Never play settlers of catan with you again, like we did so often when we first met. Never get to visit and give you that hug I promised, way back when. I'll never even know what happened to you, other than I guess you're gone now...

I'm sorry we drifted apart. I always regretted it. But at least I can take solace in knowing that you don't appear to have been alone. Thank you for what time you gave me. I'm sorry for not giving back more.

I've been so busy with school that I forgot to stop by and say something on your birthday. But you know I've never been good with keeping up on that stuff. Which I still regret.

Happy birthday man. I still miss you. I wish there were things I could say to and do for you. Games we planned on playing I now can't bring myself to even have downloaded or visible on my steam wishlist... days come and go and I feel myself forgetting you when I know I shouldn't... My brain will never let me fully heal and I've come to terms with that, but I at least hope that I'll be able to stop seeing this as such a horrible event in my life... Things have gotten better but they'll never be the same.

Happy Birthday Clock...

Clockcat was a brilliant and honest man, we used to play together when I was in college but as the decade rolled on we drifted apart but always got right back into the swing of things when we did play. We were team mates and spent countless hours together in Tribes, Planetside and Path of Exile mostly. He convinced me to get into the career that I am in now from those long late night talks. Words are like seeds and most people don't see the results of them.

I miss you man

You're the first person I've lost in my life that I truly cared for and its been hard, seeing you're name and just hoping in the back of my mind that it'll show you online one day and just being able to spend hours talking about the dumbest things or gaming.

You've made an impact and I wish you could see just how many people you made happy by being around, You'll always be loved and never forgotten and I'll see you again, at the end of this life or the next we will see each other.

I miss all the times you and I would just sit and play games together. The times we'd talk and the shows we started watching with one another.

You and I first met with a few laughs and chuckles here and there with one another, talking about life with one another and learning about what each other did.

I don't grieve very well, and you were among the very few who knows the real reason why that is. I keep coming back to quietly hope that you're there. That the work I did to find out more about where you went had been a mistake that I could happily regret, hell I'd even enjoy that I had been so wrong.

I woke up from a nap to the news of your passing. It was something I never expected during my break at work.A breathing being full of life that you talk to is gone the next day -- forever.

When I was driving back home just now, I was thinking about you the entire time in my Model 3, the same car you have too. During my drive, I saw a black cat cross the street in front of me, I initially had negative superstitious thoughts, but it reminded me of you, positively relabeling crossing cat afterward.

Rest in peace, Clockcat. Anytime I hear Django Django on the radio and see an ocean of anoles, I will always think of you.
