Step 1: Get into a car with a couple of men who are not virgin like you.
Step 2: Get locked and loaded with Super Soakers, Water Baloons and Water Pistols.
Step 3: Get a cool box and fill with frozen ice treats.
Step 4: Blast music in car and attack females who are at least a 7/10 with weapons of choice.
If female subject becomes angry or irate, drive away ASAP, if you're stuck in traffic just roll up the windows, lock the doors and blast music even louder.
Step 5: If female subjcts respond with laughter or in a positive manner, discuss weather, ask plans, and ask if they would like to suck on a hard ice lolly, they will think it's sexual innuendo, that's when you open the cool box and present the Ice Pops. Exhibit A:
