After applying the cream as directed in the instructions, I still have a terrible rash. Support line was completely unhelpful, with one employee telling me to "try adding bleach to the cream." Overall I give this product and company a 1/10. I will not be purchasing from Don's Dainty ♥♥♥♥ Cream again.
