I haven't played any bullet-hell-esque roguelikes prior to Riot's LoL Swarm game mode but it got me hooked and Entropy Survivors is the closest I've gotten to scratch the itch. It's definitely an early access title but feels pretty well polished and I'm absolutely addicted to the simple gameplay loop. It would be nice if there was fidelity to the auto attack settings but I can see how the duel weapon setup would make a semi user controlled/assisted system difficult.
