Its a short experience, but its an excellent one with puzzle design that requires you to think outside the box, and change your perspective on everything.

It hurt my brain banana, but in a good way. Highly recommended if you enjoyed Portal or Stanley Parable

Very satisfying, solid foundation. The sound is a particular hilight.

Feature requests:
Make the delete blocks button have a prompt to confirm to delete, just as one misclick can cost you a lot of work
An undo button
Hold a button to quick delete anything you click on, like X
Clear/transparent plastic blocks

Farcry6 really feels like a hybrid between Just Cause and FarCry. Mechanics are solid, plenty to keep you busy, and weapons/vehicles feel far more varied than previous FarCry entries. Post-story content opens up a weekly chain of points to fight over in the map, so if you've not had your fill theres still plenty to do.

Story felt more involved than FC5, with your character actually being part of this world and not just a tourist as so often is the setting in FC games.

If you're a fan of the series, I highly recommend this one. Just don't play it immediately after another FC entry, as you'll find the Ubisoft-isms and quicks from other games are well and present here.

For all the 70 hours gameplay, I can't think of more than half a dozen physics glitches that were immersion breaking, and only one or two serious crashes. Autosaves are frequent, and death isn't a punishing setback, so feel free to take risks rather than play it safe.

Its Death Stranding meets The Martian meets Lego, with the terrain being the real challenge. Good fun, keen to see where it goes from here!

A Mirror/Flip button to expand on the Copy system would go a long way, as well as being able to "preview object" for the current mission in the build screen, as the amount of times I build a machine only to find out the item to carry is way larger than expected...

Might get some mission replayability having challenges to only use a certain number of parts, or total cost of parts, or part restrictions like no rockets/wheels/etc.

For the butterfly mission, it might be good to add a feature that when you're away from it for a while it calms down and lands somewhere, and you have to slowly come up to it. Move too fast near it and it gets spooked. Chasing the damn thing for 15 minutes, or cheesing it and resetting the mission when you're in the right spot, kind of defeats the purpose

Solid logic gameplay, good for 3-4 hours in the main campaign, a little bit of replayability available as well.

Pros:
> Great story writing/characters, probably some of the best I've seen since TW3
> Side missions as good or better than the main quests
> Game looks gorgeous with RTX on (but you'll need DLSS to get a semi-decent FPS)
> The Internet Historian video on the development of this game will be entertaining in 6-12 months or so...
> BEEP BEEP M*THERFCKR
> 100 hours gameplay so far, probably another 30 hours left to complete all the gigs and try for additional endings

Cons:
> Hacking rapidly makes you overpowered, and since you've sunk all your unlocks into those skills, you'd need to do a reset (100k from rippers) in order to correct that without being weak as hell elsewhere.
> Various bugs. Visual ones could be ignored but ones that trap you inside the floor, or fail to register an NCPD incident has actually completed or not requires reloads to get past.
> Tech weapons can punch through walls. Combine this with Ping and you can just scan a combat zone and pluck people off with ease, while they can't do anything back. Favouring tech weapons/hacking should modify the defences found in some missions so more enemies are hack resistant, or use tech weapons back more consistently.
> Power weapons ricochet seemed far too unreliable early on to be worth using. Probably can counter that with character unlocks, but it would be better if ricochets were set to auto bounce back at a target using "tech" and the tech guns that punch through walls being listed as "power" weapons.
> Some features are just entirely undocumented. Like the Caps Lock button will keep the hacking/scanning view open so you don't need to hold TAB. Was this ever mentioned in game? The few times I accidentally left it on I assumed it was a bug and reloaded a save, as it doesn't have any onscreen mention of CAPS LOCK - TRACKING LOCK or something similar.
> Driving on keyboard and mouse is a bit awful. Nothing really new there, a common issue with many games also designed for consoles.
> Wildly inconsistent FPS. Could just be down to RTX, but any scene with a lot of NPCs in it, or in bars/clubs generally dropped to 10-15fps on an RTX 2070s @ 1440p with DLSS in performance mode. Otherwise it would be around 50-75fps.
> Choosing your life path didn't seem to matter as much as I thought throughout the game, just a smattering of custom responses in missions.

Final notes:
I very much enjoyed my time with 2077, but unless you're a massive fan, give it 6 months to iron out the bugs and performance wonkiness.

Its basically Ace Combat, but with full HOTAS/VR support and on PC. Played on a G2 Reverb headset and X-55 controller. Any HOTAS or joystick would be equally enjoyable, the experience is more arcade so you don't need a stick with buttons up the wazoo but the missions so far have been so much of a fustercluck, that its about all you can manage consistently without being frustrated.

Solid in VR and with HOTAS. Recommended if you have both/either.

I only recommend this game on the case that you're looking to mod out the changes they made with the steam release. Unmodified, if you unlock a tool to traverse the world like hang glider, boat, leash to ride mounts, or even the weapons and armour you get, once you leave a region, none of that is still available because it only works in that zone.

Each region is large, and theres probably several hours of gameplay in the first region you get to, but the second you walk over the border this new region has you back to square one. You can unlock relics to boost your base stat everywhere, but this could be HOURS of work for a +1 on your health.

Remove those restrictions with mods like the Region unlock from u/ArisHacksTV, and you'll get more life out of it. You can set your region center, and the further out you move, the harder things become. That'd add some challenge for multiplayer, stretch out the game a bit.

Problems still exist however. Lots of the items you pick up in the world you can't use as certain classes. Play as the mage, and the iron/cotton balls become useless as you're unable to use them to upgrade or unlock equipment... but it doesn't tell you that. You'll gather stuff you can't use all the time. Very frustrating. If you happen to have 1-3 friends to play with though then you reduce the chance that an epic drop you get just has to be sold for bugger all coins later on.

It can be fun, you just need to know what kind of experience you're getting into, and play with a friend.

Solid indie scale game, plenty of weapon variety to find what works best for you. 5 Hours to complete the first run, with New game plus available after that which will probably add a few more hours, with weapons and modules still to unlock.
