I do not understand why this dlc has a mostly negative review. I´ve played through it for the first time now.

From my experience it´s somewhat similar to Henrys early gameplay with exception to the charachter progress system and that is info that the developer gives in the video.

There will not be much direct combat because she is just not prepared for it, that said, Theresa got in well enough of back stabbing in the dark of the night during my playthough and even some direct combat with cumans that her dog helped her with.

I wish that the dlc could have been better incorporated in the main game, for example leaving a hidden stash for Henry to fetch for her to continue the main game and smooth over the dlc ending, since Theresa isn´t to sure about her own future, and after all, she is a millers daughter.

I´ve done two plays, one playthrough and combining the management of the train ride and the tactical of the combat scenarios is a fun mix. Although on "normal" difficulty not that taxing. Most combat can be done by sneeking around with a sniper once it is good enough to get the distracting stone.
And the hardest part of the train ride was the cold of Sibiera, I´m glad I had that idea from the start even if other things was more interesting at the time to upgrade.

Turn based mech battles in different scenarios with a main story that drives the map expansion.
During the travel time between systems there may happen stuff abord the ship and it seems to depend on who you have chosen to hire what the result are depending on your decisions as the leader.

The game is fun but the missions are a bit too repetetive.

Sorry to say that this game don´t work for me in Win10. It crashes when trying to initialize and I have tried some of the suggested solutions from the community.

This game is great. It´s dark and really gritty and you kind of get to feel with the survivors for their hardships as they struggle to survive the war. Reading their journals and seeing their reactions to your actions gives this game a unique perspective.

The best soldier simulation around in my opinion. Decently realistic and unforgiving to mistakes or laziness :P
