Yes the game is glitchy, yes it took them a long time to release the game. However the story is still great, I had lot's of fun just running around and roaming night city. The graphics are amazing and now im just waiting for the multiplayer and dlc. I would wait until this game goes on sale to buy it.

The game is fun and competitive is not bad other than the occasional hacker or afk. The game is free which is better than before and the operation missions are quite fun to do and rewarding.
