Instead of using their recources on actually improving the game they instead sue Fortnite for "copying" their game mechanics. The last big patch was half a year ago and it seems like they just made a quick cashgrab and left the game to die. A perfect example is the poor Xbox port. Also the game is full of cheaters and still doesn't run smoothly enough.
