DLC content doesn't get added to existing game saves, so you have to restart and wade through hours of boring tutorial missions all over again, each time a woefully tiny DLC is added.
Initial DLC is basic items for rooms, looks like cut-content that was re-added after release.
Lack of steam workshop for modders to add basic items and content (which IMHO easily could have rivaled the quality of the above DLC).
