Update #2: game dead. Don't bother.

The short and simple is: Don't bother.

the game has been out quite a while now, yet bugs and glitches that have been known since day one has yet to be fixed.
weapons are okay, but they all sort of feel the same, and the selection is laughable at best. the shooting itself isn't technically bad, but the actual gunplay feels more like an indie game. nowhere near as refined and snappy as BF4, but it's passable.

you have to navigate a million ♥♥♥♥♥♥ submenues to even get to community servers, and once you do its nearly impossible to find anything close to cqb. plus the selection of maps is literally the worst ive seen in a shooter in the past 10 years.

the vehicles are trash.. straight up. anything airborne is like manouvering a potato through a toilet while someone tickles your feet. it's a dreadful experience.
land vehicles are okay, but still, nowhere near as refined as the ones in BF4

tldr: save your money. dont support a game this bad. i would say it's a great game if it was in APLHA.. but it isn't.. it's a full release that feels and plays like an alpha

The nostalgia is real!

An absolutely amazing game which is sure to suck you into its dynamique and intense world.
It has all the charm of the previous games, such as the soul crushing atmosphere of a world which has descended into madness, being overrun by bloodthirsty mutants, ready to tear you limb by limb at a moments notice, plus the frankly brilliant and intriguing story writing!
the game is not without its flaws however. As with Previous 4A titels, the character animations leave a lot to be desired, and can at time be out of place to a point where the immersion can be broken, same with slighty out of sync or missplaced dialogue.

These things are easy to look past though, with how breathtaking the game is, and how much thought was put into designing and making the world. A definite "must play"!

The game looks really damn good, for a free-to-play. the only problem is, using a keyboard and mouse, is absolutely and utterly impossible. i haven't yet found a way to equip weapons and gear from my stash. i also have no way to access settings. it's a shame really.

this game is really good, but it is not for any "die-hard" call of duty freak because this game takes skills to play (unless you want to get stuck in silver aka the russian ranks)
this truly is a good way to learn russian as well
