This meme, for me, is very unique to its type. Instead of following the same formula, where the man in the coma is excited about something that most likely doesn't exist anymore, it takes a optimsitic, realistic approach. Although the goals set from the coma patient are wise and realistic, it is in classic /r/me_irl fashion that these goals will never be achieved. But of course, that is up to the individual meme viewer's opinion, which makes the meme overall even better.
