Play to win? yep. Rammed by a enemy plane every game? yep. Spend hours grinding for a t2 tank? yep. Moral of the story, this game might show up as free on steam but you will easily drop 100 dollars if you want the good stuff and its all about the goods ;). (P.S Anything Russian is op cause of russian bias so natrually eveyting american ( the country i use) gets demolished by everything. Good luck!
