Die Currypaste mit ca. 2 - 3 EL Kokossahne von der Kokosmilch anbraten, bis es duftet. Dann Aufgießen mit der Kokosmilch aufgießen und kurz aufkochen. Alles mit Limettensaft, Zucker und Fischsauce würzen und abschmecken.
