Scrapbox should be free to play reward from completing either a quest, or the major reward from completing the main questline. You have to pay a monthly fee in a paid game with incredibly expensive microtransaction cosmetics (where admittedly you get what you pay for and not a randomized loot box) in order to have a basic feature from previous games. Without paying for this monthly subscription your experience will include either missing out on items due to carry weight issues, or spending hours of gameplay mitigating carry weight issues.
Do not buy until scrapbox becomes free.
