Step one: Pick up a brick. If you can't do this without assistance, we're not sure what to tell you! Maybe try having someone else pick up the brick for you.
Step two: Unhinge your jaw. This is where things get interesting—you'll need to loosen up those jaw muscles so that they're ready for that big ol' brick in step three! If you're not sure how to do that, take a few minutes to practice opening and closing your mouth as wide as possible until it feels natural again.
Step three: Insert the brick into your mouth. You've got this! Just slide it right on in there, nice and easy-peasy…
Step four: Chomp down on that brick like there's no tomorrow! Just like eating any other kind of food or drink (except maybe chewing gum), chomping down on bricks is a skill that takes practice, but once you get the hang of it, nobody will be able to stop you from eating bricks whenever and wherever they want!
