I've been playing since the beta and I cant say I enjoy this game anymore. After 5 season's they've reworked the balance so drastically the game doesn't feel fun to participate in. Before EVERYTHING was broken and each class had its purpose built identity that gave them their own unique advantages and disadvantages. Heavies were the wall of the team make holes in the map to attack a point and reinforcing them when defending. Lights were the zippy dps hoses that were the epitome of "kill fast die fast", and medium was the jack of all trades you need to fill the gap between the two. Each had their role and it was perfect. Now everything feels to homogenized and "balanced" when that was never the appeal in the first place. Gunfights now feel boggy and unattractive as a heavy main. They have really catered to make things feel "fair" especially to light player (by far the most picked class) when the whole point of the game is to be more lucky than you are skilled. This game used to make me feel like I could take on Shroud and win due to the fact its not about HOW MANY kills you get, but WHEN are you getting the RIGHT kills. if you're getting into it now then im sure none of these critiques will matter so please try this game if you're tired of the brainless arcade shooters that have plagued us, but for the OG feeling this game used to give its gone.

This game is ultimately great. I thought i woulf be a cliche dating sim like everything else of its nature, but boy was i wrong. After playing this game i cannot look at these characters the same in both good and weird way. I 100% reconmend this game. If you think the pacing is too slow or you don't like these types of game WAIT TIL THE SECOND ACT I PROMISE YOU MONIK- I-I mean you will want to stick around for it. Make sure to save A LOT because theirs a lot this game can offer.

After playing this game for two hours i really wanna like it. it feels like Dead By Daylight and Trouble in Terorrist Town combined which i love. i dont love though is the communtiy.

Problems:
First is the voice volume. i have it on max and i can only faintly hear some peopl. Also my voice is too quiet because of said problem. I play with other people in my house so i cant scream into my mic to make my voice louder and my mic is fixxed in one position so theirs no way of moving it.

Second are the players. ive made friends from this game because they were some of the few who didnt rdm me for just existing, and newer people are the worst. After killing both infected my team turned on me for some reason. Even my own infected parter decieded he wanted to kill me.

Third is the game itself. This game requires teamwork to pull off without it the infected will just pick off each innocent one by one, but because of trolls, people who refuse to talk and toxic people that just cant happen. when im infected i can kill off each innocent with my partner (if he's talking) just in phase one just because everyone is by themselves. The devs have a discord set up but no one is on it 24/7 after staying on their discord for 4 games i had no one enter and ask if they wanna play.

Minor problems that i'd like to be fixxed personally:
*able to inject antidote to yourself when down
*able to vote during night time
*able to use antidote on people who are infected (killing them like the lethal injection)
*able to flash camera (if in inventory) when caught by infected
*able for amour if also protect from infected
*more infected abilities
*night vision goggles
*a better report and commendment consequences
*melee weapon variety
*special roles for each character
*a better skill tree or have it completely removed
*a detective like person to have a specail gadget

until the game developers fix a lot of the problems i listed i feel like this game will ultimately fail. LIke i said i really wanna like this game but i just cant.

Doesnt seem like it but it's a great party game.
