Also, keep in mind that importing the VMF into Blender will also result in a lot of other unnecessary geometry that's normally invisible or only intended for development purposes. You may want to try importing the BSP instead, as this will likely give you cleaner geometry that's more suitable for rendering. and I found some underground bunkers that are not in the game, and are not visible in the same hammer.
they are visible only in Blender.
