Hi Biux, I know this is a bit off-topic from recent talks, but I was wondering if there is a way to get HNR working with your guide to mod multiplayer civ. I cant seem to get it working, mostly (I think) because the XML files are only for text and resource icons.

A TAC ban(game ban) does not always result from hacking. It can come from exploiting glitches, boosting. and using "illegal" software like macros, which can also be considered cheating.
