well the issue here is that he was either dead himself when I spectated him or just hugging the wall, I genuinely didn't see much suspicious behavior from any of that, yes I saw some things were off when I was alive and just looking at him but I still wasn't certain

Yeah I can take the blame for not votekicking them when the first vote to kick has been called but I prefer to be 100% certain that that person in cheating rather than blindly pressing f1 just because someone said so
Many people I've known, and that also includes me, have been kicked prematurely just because of quick accusations or similar things

so in short he was technically still votekicked, he tried to avoid the votekick by leaving but it still passed

I said afterwards that it doesn't matter that he left on his own since we did call a vote to kick on him before he left; it passed meaning he wouldn't be able to connect to the server for the same amount of time as if he would have been kicked via votekick

Well the issue here is not in quick assumptions, although I still do agree with it, the issue here is that the time on finding my profile and writing that -rep they could have spent on either msg'ing me about it or; if they were paying attention to the ingame chat; they would have noticed that I was the one to call a vote to kick on both of the cheaters.

I did kick them in the end, you can ask the other people that were on my team, I just took my time because I wasn't sure if they were actually cheating; just because you were saying they were cheating doesn't immediately prove anything.
