I'm no Gordon Ramsay. I just know enough to not burn the water or over-garlic a Stroganov.
It was pretty basic-bish stuff. Lightly salted pork, cubed and then tossed with garlic & onion powder than browned in a pot, before adding red potatoes and baby carrots (a touch more salt at this step because of the potato water), boil for 15min, add the intsant curry bouillon (the Medium Hot Golden curry stuff I get from the international isle, not too far from the Soda Hi-Chews), cook on medium heat for 5min, then on low heat for 30min while I cook up the rice.
