An amazing mesh of Anno, Timberborn, and any factory sim. The UI is smooth and purposful. The gameplay loops intuitive and satisfying. There is a shocking amount of polish and content for an Early Access game. An easy buy. Cant wait to see what they do with the game as developement continues.

Really enjoyable as a super deep and complex game. Great for those grognard PDX fans who yearn for a game to really challenge them.

Great addition to the game! Dovetails in very naturally with the base game, and gives a fresh new sense of progression for anyone who unlocked everything from the original launch.

Love the game, love the devs, great fun with friends, and I just hope Sony keeps to themselves after all the issues they caused.

Buy it, play it with friends, drop into matches with randos, its amazing fun. Highly recommend.

Shockingly good.

Easily could have been one of those games where the promises are entirely out of scope.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful and intuitive. The city building elements all fit snugly together in a peaceful, town management, resource driven package. That could have been the entire game and it would of been great! Then we have the entire warfare level! Total War style controls which feel very familiar, great graphics, animations, every unit visually wears the armor and weapons you made and supplied to them!

Yes it is in early access, yes it is not feature complete. But what is here is wonderful, and I cant wait to see where it goes.

Delightful cross between Rimworld and The Settlers 2. Clearly made with a lot of passion and care. Highly recommended for fans of either types of game.

Used the program without issue for 4 years. The publishers are revoking the licenses for the older versions of the program one at a time to try to force you to re-buy the newer versions. So I am out my money, and my program. Scummy as all hell.

Sadly a huge let down. The standard content added is just fine (weapons), the map is very nice, but the Alien part of the Alien-centric DLC is next to nothing. No models, no weapons, no devices, no vehicles. Nothing. Just static background stuff for you to look at while fighting more standard humans. The map is the best part by far. But a single map is not worth the purchase price. Last note is the electronic warfare equipment. Its mostly heavily scripted events. So nothing that will parlay over to an interesting MP experience.

Only negative thing I have to say about this game is that the voice acting is subpar. But most lines are not voice acted, so its not a big deal. Everything else about it is fantastic. Its well optimized, devent visuals, excellent gameplay both turn-based and out of combat logistics, does justice to the IP, good UI, easy to pick up and understand, no technical issues (crashes or hardware based), I played for 62 hours in my first 5 days with the game and I want to play more. Excellent all around and a decent price to boot! An easy buy.

Is it worth the full purchase price, no.

Focus Trees: Modders can and do provide better ones for free. The 4 included in the game are in some places copy and pasted from the generic tree with a few slight alterations, and often dont work do to bugs or conflicts with other trees.

Facist Puppets: Copy and Paste of content added Together For Victory. Should of been in the game back then, your asked to pay for it now.

Art Assests: A few 3D models, general portraits, and 2D UI elements. Means nothing, adds nothing. Why is this a paid feature?

Equipment Conversion: Interesting concept, useless in practice. Not worth a penny

Lend Lease: Another interesting but ultimately useless feature. A T34 is a Panzer is and Sherman. All tanks at the same level have the same stats, that coupled with the fact that ever nation can research every tech over the course of the game, and that the AI (at the time of this writing) makes literally dozens of different variets for each item (IE 34 different varients of Pz 4s) and there is no way on the UI to compare varients when Lend Leasing, makes this feature dead on arrival.

Please dont spend your money on this. Nothing in it warrents its price tag, and it adds nothing to the game you cant live without.
