Basic hes probably not banned yet because he plays one game a day which will only get him 5 reports at max and its 6 to be overwatched which means he cannot get overwatched ;( It sucks. I played against him on nuke and he was blatant so we got a friend to watch the game and he said it was ovbious walling... ;( but we drew 15-15 :D ahah anyways I hope you beat or drew against him.
