Latest hero is locked behind the atrocious BattlePass system. Please just bring lootboxes back, anything is better than what we have now.

Good game, horrible business model. Wish i could get a refund. Should be illegal to do this to all the people who brought Overwatch before it went f2p. This is not what i paid for, i almost feel like ive been scammed.
