I was worried changing the main character to Joryu would make this bad but he's actually really cool reminds me of Ichiban

Long story short, it's alright.

You have to remain online at all times even just to play single player, and the servers constantly disconnect. It then sends you back to the desktop and you have to boot again, which opens multiplayer and then you switch to campaign and the game quits AGAIN before opening, completely glitching out Big Picture mode forcing you to get up and alt tab. Play for an hour or two and it'll disconnect again and you get to start the process all over again!

Installed Windows and got this to run through on a flight with the Steam Deck but I nope gotta be online for single player.

Also, since the play time is connected to Warzone, you're most likely already over the 2 hour refund policy. It's also been easily the most mediocre campaign yet as far as set pieces go. Don't bother buying this for single player

yes. I recommend playing with a controller for the worst possible experience

One of my fav series of all time but i cant recommend this right now for a couple reasons.

-There are a TON of reports of this on the Community page. If you have a monitor that runs at more than 60Hz or an external audio interface, you're going to experience stutters and every 20-30 seconds the audio is going to go out of sync, making the game literally unplayable.

-The game uses Denuvo. A rhythm game that uses Denuvo. What an awful idea

-The VIP edition includes a key to unlock every item in the game, but it would cost $15 extra to purchase the song pack separate. If you want to buy the DLC but not cheat the game by stinting the satisfaction of getting rewards, you pretty much have to pay $15.

-Even with the item unlock key, you need to play every song on Hard to unlock Extreme. That means suffering through 250 songs worth of boredom before you can actually have fun.

Unfortunately returned this. To the devs: Please, remove Denuvo, fix the FPS sync glitch, make a bundle that doesnt include the Item Unlock key and if you really want to charge for it then a DLC that lets us unlock every difficulty.

LOL ive never been so extremely angry at an ending to a game before. Worth playing just to see the worst ending to a story you could possibly imagine.
