2 su bardağı irmik
2. 5 su bardağı şeker

1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
100 gr tereyağı
1 çay bardağı çam fıstığı

Hazırlanış:
Öncelikle kısık ateşte yağı ile birlikte irmik ve cam fıstığını koyulur. Rengi
dönene kadar kavrulur. Diğer bir tarafa su ve şeker
eritip şerbet yapılır. Daha sonra kavrulan irmiğe şerbet yavaş yavaş
ilave edilir. Suyu çekince ocaktan alınır. Afiyet bal şeker olsun.
Püf noktası: irmik sürekli karıştırılır. Ocaktan aldıktan sonra
masaya alınıp 5 dakika boyunca sürekli karıştırılır ve soğumaya
bırakılır.
