Unfortunately talking to Ubisoft support is like trying to talk to a brick wall, they'll deny you no matter how much evidence you're able to provide. If you're on the same boat I'd try directly contacting the Anti-Cheat's support but they'll most likely ghost you but some say they've had luck with that.
