@gemini I mentioned UE5 because UE5 is a terrible engine and has been known to cause issues in modern games. My CPU is also the min spec requirement in the game and even at high settings my RTX 4070 is only at about 50% utilization when my CPU is at 100%.

Why would you say "UE5 strikes again" in your review of Code Vein and then mention your CPU? UE5 performance has almost nothing to do with your CPU and a game like Code Vein is wildly GPU dependant. And Space Marine 2 runs off a UE5 hybrid so it really just sounds like you have outdated hardware. Let me guess, 3050? 4060?
