Paid $113 AUD to play this game + expansions with overseas friends. had connectivity issues within the first 30 minutes. Don't feel like playing another farm sim game solo again. Honestly can't justify the price due to that fact alone, and that is not mentioning the fact the farm sim series feels like that its just the same game in early access charging 100$ for each update. I couldn't play the game to properly attempt a fix for my issues because I didn't want to overshoot my refund window.

If you liked the older games you may like this one too, but if your plans were to play this with friends overseas I can't reccomend it unless the price drops.

I would write a proper review but I only got so much break time. Job pays well and feels very rewarding, chuck down on your resume that you are open to flexible hours and are willing to put in the extra work to get the job done and LYNX should hire you on the spot. See you up there Cutter

I hope the sunshine of last week returns for everyone at Arrowhead! It has been a heartbreaking couple of days but a big thank you goes out to the devs, community managers, managers and everyone else at Arrowhead for weathering through the storm. Update: Game still good, still enjoy playing it, one of the longest standing frequently played game in my friend groups. There are some critiques about the game out there but as far as my experiences go I feel I have got my value for money out of this game and do still recommend it for others.

Its an amazing game

Blends alot of different problems into a chaotic restaurant simulator.
Not only do you have to manage mundane things like cooking burgers without burning them or making sure you are serving the correct order to the customer.

You will also have to manage harder things alongside them like the murdering of customers in a spot where you won't be spotted while also making sure you can clean all the evidence before someone walks in on you.

That not enough for you? weeeellll... You also have to make sure you serve the right kind of meat to match the taste of the customers race, but before you can do that you have to study each race to figure out what they like. You may find yourself running short of a popular choice of meat which may drive you to murder more of that race to obtain more meat... or just serve a half assed burger and kill the customer before they leave a bad review.

What about getting bloodthirsty? murder everyone that comes in? well.... did they pay first? maybe save the killing until after you get your payment. But also take into account, how do people tell their friends to come visit your amazing burger shop if they are dead? If everyone dies you may find yourself without any reputation to draw in more customers.

Okay what about getting spotted? Can't kill the witnesses? welp... cops may come knocking, but so long as you behave you should be fine... or you could just bribe them to leave you alone... or perhaps it may be cheaper to relocate to a new planet where your heat might be lower and come back later.

Enough problems yet? no? well how about daily bills? you could pay them... if you don't debt collectors will come knocking... but you do own a murder burger shop.... could make use of a steady stream of meat.

Got some money to spare after all that? Upgrade you knife, upgrade your traps, or just upgrade the kitchen, there are alot of things to spend your money on to make your job a little easier.

Last but not least.... gotta keep that fridge full... can't make a burger without a bun... Always make sure to take stock and order in what you need to keep cooking. But don't order too much, if you die you'll loose most of it! its a rouge-like afterall.

May seem stressful, but with a banger soundtrack and with great dark comedic writing, this game is alot of fun casually or seriously.
