Yo, sentado debajo de un árbol, sosteniendo un libro, con el atardecer a mi derecha, sólo le dije que sentido él no tenía.

"Dicen que todo hombre en su vida ha de plantar un árbol, escribir un libro, y tener un hijo."

"Mira atrás tuyo, dónde estás sentado."
"Mira hacia tí, lo que tienes en tus manos."
"Mira al frente tuyo, el que te ha otorgado la vida."

Entendí que todos dejaremos nuestra huella atrás, todos veremos esa última luz, ese último techo. A veces rodeado de lágrimas ajenas, a veces de felicidad ajena, a veces del silencio. Porque al final del juego, los peones y los reyes terminan en la misma caja.
