So I remember how it was, the servers of the game were not working correctly and console commands could be used in the matches themselves, and then I accidentally used them because I was playing with the config and there were binds, I was at a loss what it was, but I was just banned without even figuring out what it was

VAC is completely automatic FanTi. If it indeed is an error, it'll be automaticly lifted. If not, you should check where you logged in. If you only logged in on your own devices: change passwords, check for mallicious intrusion & change passwords again after cleaning.
