I'll be frank, as someone who hasn't had a good impression of mascot horror games and gets easily irked by horror in general, I'm impressed.

The character presentation is very appealing, the environments are very well-made, and the collectibles system is also a fun addition too which incentivised some extra exploration (which I feel makes sense under my assumption that the player character is some kind of urbexer).

My only complaints are small. The flashlight seems to dissapear from the right hand during the sprint animation even if the light still shines, and sometimes the footstep sounds don't exactly match the surfaces I walked on. But other than these small complaints, I'm very impressed with Indigo Park, and it seems very promising. This first chapter has been short, but it's also free, so I have no room to complain.

I initially got this game from a 75% off "Daily Deal" from Steam (Paise the mighty Gaben!) And i'm presented with a very unique game with mechanics that I hardly ever seen in any other kind of game.

I'm usually one to find great interest in pixellated sidescroller games (Such as Terraria), and this game finally fits that empty spot for a puzzle game that's never been in my Steam library.

I quite like the fact that there's many different ways of solving each puzzle that's presented to you. I like the mechanic of being able to re-wire anything to anything else (To open a way for many different ways of achieving objectives), and if there's anything that I love about a game, it's level creation, and being able to play an unlimited amount of puzzles from the community.

Overall, I really can't find anything bad about this game... I WOULD have said the story is rather short, but community-made levels easily fit that gap.
