The UI in game is not the best, the game is a challenge, and kind of gets frutrating as well. and then once you get through a challenge the map not clear on which way to go. I dont think there is a true finish line except for your long time running with out crashing and reseting. So if you like a challenge and you do mind a bad UI design, then pick this game up while its on sale... Hope you dont get motion sick... :)

I want to play this game but that dam momey leaks need to be fixed, Also the loading time to get into the game is horible. wait 10-15min to get into a game only kicks you for memory leak.

This game has a solid start, good build mechanics, Pretty with out Taxing your system, Varitiy of spells an choices to make depending on the style you play. love the fact you can stand 30 yards from a tree and still harvest it. Easy learning curve. And I always wanted to have a similar Harry potter experince.

Everything was on Epic, with no issues from the game or slowing of the game.

I think this game has one of the best fighting mechanics. you have to be on your toes, and payatention to your environment and or party depending on the class you want to play. This game hands down looks pretty, and have new charaters to help you master the world. but with that playing the older charater allows you to enjoy a full fledge group battle. The creators of the game have dump the play style down some, but the overall game play is the same. If you MMOs you should check this one out before retuning back to the other BIG mmo where you have to pay a monthly fee. The Store is a nice thing to have but you dont have to buy anything to enjoy the game. which is nice. Not a pay to win. but its fun

At 18hours I can say this game is challenging, the first few hours of the sucked, Dieing collection again and dieing. but once you have that base command unit installed, you have a location where you can travel to. I think the game is pretty well balanced. It gets you to travel around your world to collect stuff. The biggest hint I can give you is bring food to heal you stamina or leave your weapons at home if your not hunting. Cause when you die you have 100 seconds to get your barings and find your crap before it disapears on you.

it would be nice to have some type of indication of where you died. but I understand the whole surval part too. and this make the game very challenging. Especial if the game respawns you on the other side of the map.

FYI Dont install the Refiner unless you want more of a challenge in your game. How ever this unit is what you need to make the rifle and all the upgrades to your items. but it adds hunters who dont miss and wildlife doesn't attack them either so you will have wolf, bears, and someone with a gun shooting at you. They are easy to spot so you can stay away from their camps. but it does suck if you are coming back with a great run of finding stuff in the world.

it would be nice to have a creative menu - console (=) is locked down so comands doesn't work. Since you die alot it would be nice to have the ability to spawn in a basic weapons if you unlocked them. I think it would be cool if you could make a bow and arrow or a compound bow.

It would be nice if the wolf didn't run away if you shoot them from your base. It would be also great if there was a way to make traps for the Chickens and rabbits vs running around the map like a fool and ending up in the bears din when you catch the dam rodent.

But all said in done this is a great game, very challenging. and for 1 Dev this game plays and looks amazing. Keep up the good work.

This Game is awesome. If you can live with getting lots of updates for new cotent and bug fixes, Map changes, new tools, and mod community which is active then you should try this game out. Wow they are releasing a NEW DLC, thats cool. 20bucks for a new map with new dinos. This is more content it almost looks like a new game. And the art work looks amazing. I dont think that they are in the wrong doing this. They could have just said we will keep everything in closed beta, but the owner wanted to share his dream and made the game early access. If this game help fund the game to be completed that not a problem since this game is awesome. For all the played the game for under 10hr. you need to play longer before saying this is a poor game. yes it is very tough if you dont know what to do at first. this is where you ask for help or join a pve server so you can learn the game. before joining a pvp server.

played 160-180hrs. still needs some improvement to the zombie hords but over all this is a pretty good game as is. The Developers are keeping up with the bugs which is awesome to see so your game play is effected as little as possible.

Giant spikes are your friends. they kill the zombies slowly but if placed right it can server as a retaining wall. Currently the world builder is still active and is fun to use if you are soloing or searching for the best defense. They say this is like a tower defense game but there is no turrets in this game. its all about how you set up your base and how well you like stay silent in those dark nights.

Sometimes you don't need night they can come in waves during the day. So have water handy and food cause you might be pinned down for a while as you fend for your life.

oh by the way a wrench or a stone axe can repair your items (walls, spikes, doors) you just need to have the right supply on you to do so.
