Think Gris meets Rime and you'll get a good idea of what this game is like. Beautiful world and graphics with interesting coop puzzle platormer.

My wife is a beginner at platformers only having played Gris before this and it's a great beginner game for her, focusing more heavily on the puzzles than on the jump timing or trick shots. Whenever there is something that requires timing or juggling the other person we can usually take turns, and the few times you can't, it's the male character (Rime) that is the "active" character.

All of the puzzles are designed to also be doable in single-player controlling both characters so most of the puzzles you can take your time with figuring them out as you go.

The only complaint I have is the story. It's a little sanguine and sappy, very anime romance and a bit over the top. It's fine, but harps on the love story and not being able to touch a little to much. Other than that, the story contains non-linear narrative, similar to Stanley Parable, so it will adapt to how fast you do certain tasks, who completes those tasks etc.

Overall, very worth the $3 we got it on sale for. Easily would have paid the full price knowing how much content there is, think 3-4 good nights of playing for a couple.
