Very cute, calming, and short game! I was impressed by how many features there were and how fleshed-out the little things were, considering the scope of the gameplay. The rain?? The squirrels?? Another note: runs perfectly on Linux with Proton, which I haven't been able to say for all custom engine games.

I wanted a short and cheery game to play after finishing a long and dramatic one. Alba was perfect for that and I very much enjoyed it!

I truly appreciate the extent to which the design made sure not to stress me out. The days only ended when I wanted them to, There wasn't a need to do anything other than the main story to get every achievement and, since I was still able to explore the island after completing the main story, I didn't need to worry at all about running out of time to photograph all of the animals! I also liked that the album didn't show the pictures I took of birds I scanned, because then I would be stressing over taking the perfect picture.

It was really cool to see so many species featured in the game. Them being real creatures and identified with scientific names made it feel like the island was authentically lived-in and I enjoyed that. Beautiful color choice, no crashes, cute characters! I have nothing but praise.

This game delivers exactly what you expect from it, a hidden object game. 👍 Given that such a genre interests you, you will be very happy with it.

Psychonauts is incredibly charming. I adore its comical writing and cartoonish character design. Despite some hiccups with the collision every now and then for platforming and having to collect all of the figments being a pain for 100%-ing the game, completing it was fun and I always felt that the game's difficulty was at the right level. The game is at a good length and I feel that it belongs in the literary canon for the platformer genre. One tip: use a controller if you can. I played almost all of the game with mouse/keyboard because it was being bothersome with bindings, but there was one part necessary for 100%-ing that I could just not do without a controller. Excited to play the VR game and the sequel!
