Alright looks like you might have something there. Regardless, you won't get yoru cooldown removed. Your assumption might have been right thta the system assumed you participated in the vote because you had not abandoned yet. This is such a fringe incident that it's likely they hadn't planned for it while coding the system. Make a support ticket and include the link to the game demo. In the ticket let them know that it happens at the beginning of the second half of the game. I'll also let Killahinstincts know.

Go to the watch tab, then your games, right click on the game in question and open the score board. At the bottom there's a button that say's 'COPY LINK'. Hit that then paste it here on steam. And for gods sake tell me around what round it happened at so I don't have to watch the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing.

THERE IS NO OTHER REASON. It tells you the reason for the cooldown. How many times do i have to tell you that?

It doesn't matter what YOU believe. It tells you the reason the system gave you the cooldown. It's not going to lie to you. If you cant comprehend you then god help you.

Oh my god you are retarded. The reason was, according to the system, you vote kicked too many team mates. THAT'S THE REASON.

So what's your point? Some guy decided to go through the trouble of finding your IP, DDoSing you specifically long enough for you to be disconnected for the sole purpose that they could get vote kicked because they had to go? Yeah that sounds likely. Even if this did happen nothing is going to happen. Valve isn't going to put in a bunch of resources just to try and clear up a single cooldown, which itself will likely expire before they are able to come to a conclusion if it was right or not. You will have to wait 7 days until you can play competitive again and if you get any sort of infraction after that you get another 7 day cooldown.
