Pirage, he could easily get a locked room on TB's Vent or start his own one, a skype call with more than 3/4 people tends to get out of control alot.

You should start thinking about if you want this to become a weekly or daily thing and what kind of games you'd like to play with the community :). Before that however, you should probably think about setting up a ventrilo or skype account for this group only, mic-chat will be kind of important if you want this to feel like a real community :).
