Both you're nonsub surf servers need a restart and maybe some maintenance as the server var % spikes between 0-50 every 1-2 minutes. Might be a plugin confliction since the new sourced update. I had the same problem with all my servers.

surf_overgrowth 2

and two brand new maps that just came out and look sick:
surf_runewords and surf_trihard
