i think VAC is an insider conspiracy theory started and promoted by Valve, there is no VAC, there is nothing. When have you ever reported anyone and they've been banned? 0 times. It doesn't exist, it is all an illusion forced to keep players confined to play-rules installed by the same company behind it all. IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP PEOPLE - INSTALL THE CHEAT CLIENTS - IT IS OUR GAME NOW.

I've been thinking about that question for a while. my answer is that: The developers of VAC is cheating and are bypassing the anticheat with commands. thats the only possiblilty
