Not a relevant question since it's possible to be very good and low rank. Also possible to be ranked much higher than your playing ability. I will say that 4 months ago I was LEM in cs go but rank now erodes from not playing. So when I came back first match put me at gn4 and I stopped caring about rank since its harder to grind up to the top now. As for dota 2 I don't really play ranked. I can tell you my pudge win rate is 64%.
