I'm just one person who isn't as active on Steam as I used to be, I find out about games when people tell me about them, so sharing game suggestions in the discussion forums is certainly welcome! I will add Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 when I get a chance to look up more details about it, thanks.

Our Life: Beginnings & Always is a visual novel focusing on a male love interest and any gender protagonist (protagonist can also decide to change their gender/pronouns at two different points in their life). There will be two more male romance options in upcoming DLCs.

In Amplitude: a visual novel you can choose to play as a male protagonist and spend time with his male best friend, Eric, which will slowly make MC realize that he has feelings for him. MC can proclaim his love, if the player chooses to do so but it's pretty one-sided.

I've just found this game, the author describes it as a medieval fantasy themed visual novel with emphasis on LGBT characters and people of color.
It's still in development, but there's a demo. And the author post updates at his Tumblr.

I think you can add 80 Days to the curator list. Male protagonist, you can have him show interest in and/or romance men, and there are gay/bi male NPCs that you can encounter.

A Study in Steampunk: Choice by Gaslight - male protagonist, one male romance option
Stardew Valley - you can choose to play a male protagonist, 4 guys to romace/marry
In Bully you can't actually romance any of the boys but there are 4 guys (one in each cliche) that you can court and kiss to restore health. I had a lot of fun doing it, I think it's worth mentioning :D

Multiple in-game titles show that Sorey and Mikleo are of the utmost importance to each other; Mikleo has the character title "Soulmate" in Japanese (translated to "Peas in a Pod") and Hideo Baba, the brand manager and producer of the series, calls Mikleo Sorey's "one and only," another title in-game.
