Ladder is basically the same as non-ladder, you can create more runewords and when it resets all of the characters go to non ladder (with the same levels, items etc) and then a new season of ladder starts

there's boxes you tick after selecting class at the char creation screen. Ladder is ticked by default, if you've played d2 online you've probably been playing ladder.

I have never played a Ladder character before, how do I start up? Trist runs, tombs then cows? I'm sorry I'm kinda new to this Ladder thing. I play on US east NL but I'm fine if you guys want to play on west
