I'm very new as a game developer, but I've made a couple maps for Source, so I know a lot about the concepts of map making in hammer. I can help with concept art too, and I'm learning 3D modelling as well.

I'll leave some links for you to see the stuff I did while learning:

I made a HL2DM map, trying to emulate the cel shaded city from the game Jet Set Radio, here are some screenshots: 1 (hl2dm),2 (csgo port)[i.imgur.com]
I tried to get some verticality going on and "cold" or "hot" looking areas depending on the lighting. The players ended up liking the destructible geometry, the open areas and hidden rooms a lot. I added dynamic music too, which had several different songs that switched as you travelled the stage, but since players complained about the melody changing much, I had to tone it down to just a single song that only changes it's equalization when you go inside or outside. Everyone agreed that having dynamic music was great to the map and that I should keep it, though.
While making the music thing for my map I ended up loving Source's soundscape feature. However, learning how to use it was very hard. So I made a guide about it to help people out:guide
I also draw, kinda[dl.dropboxusercontent.com] (it's bad). I made that drawing for my mod, as a concept for an NPC character that jumps around helping the player.

Even though I think you couldn't compare my basic skills with those of the rest of your team, I'd love to join and if you let me in I'm willing to help as much as I can.

Thanks for your time.
EXCUSE YOU THAT IS NOT BAD THAT IS GREAT AND YOU ARE GREAT
