In 5 years ill probably be cegep but I don't know what to choose there to go where I want to go(3D modeler, Programmer, game designer or IT specialist) so I should probably start looking for information about that. But yea, my career plan would be either being a 3D modeler, a programmer, a game designer or an IT specialist, I'd love to either work at valve, at Ubisoft or If I decide to become a progammer or an IT specialist, to work at SAP.

I started to learn 3D modeling with Maya and then switched to 3Ds Max, It's alot easier to learn when you have someone to teach you. 3Ds Max can be quite confusing when you dont know how it work and I find maya easier to use but I just think 3Ds Max is better overall. Hey everyone, My name is Alexis, I'm from Canada and my native language is french, Alexis is a boy name in french. I currently live in Montreal, I'm 15 years old and I've been learning 3D modeling for about 6 month, I've been to 2 ubisoft Montreal camps where we learn how to work in team, how to use programs such as 3Ds max, Maya, Unity3D... I've always been interested in the video game industry, since I'm 3 or 4, I've been dreaming of working in the industry, my favorite games series are portal, Crash Bandicoot(only the first 3) Spryro(only the first 3) Twisted Metal, Need for speed(until Need for speed pro street), Burnout, SSX and rayman. I love electronic music, I built my first PC about a year ago and since then, I help other people making their built because I love making builts for others, I love finding the best deals and knowing everything about the newest PC parts. I Love science and history, I have french grammar and I'd rather only speak english than french since english grammar make more sense. My favorite game of all time would be Crash Bandicoot 2 or Gran turismo since Crash was my first game character that I liked and Gran turismo introduced me to the racing gender. I'm not a big fan of FPS. I love puzzle games, racing games, 3D platformers and sandbox games. I have a PS1, PS3, xbox, xbox 360, Wii, gameboy, DS, 2 iPod and a gaming PC that I love. I tried multiple time to make music, and they all failed(Tried guitar, FL studio and ablelton Lauchpad). My favorite food is Lasagna, I love doritos and my favorite color is Green. I don't mind bugs as long as they don't touch me, I have 2 cats and I really want to find someone to work with to make items for DOTA2(I need someone to make the textures and everything that has to do with 2D art). Next summer ill try to learn JavaScript and I think thats about it, you know almost everything about me!

I've been making 3D models for about 6 month now and I make pretty decent model for someone that is fairly new to modeling. My native language is french. I've been to 2 camps at Ubisoft Montreal, we learned to use Unity and 3Ds max, we also learned how to properly work in team, how to design a game and such. I mainly work with 3Ds max but I already worked with Maya, when I started making models, my friend was using maya so I decided to try Maya but I find 3Ds max more simple.
