2. Give back The Crew and let it OFFLINE only, and apologise to everyone.
3. Change you TOS to specify that EVERY game we buy from you, WE OWN that copy and you can NEVER take it back.
4. LISTEN to player feedback and STOP doing what you think we want.
5. and most important...REMOVE yves guillemot (and his nepo kids) from the company.... he is worse than a cancer to UBISOFT.

Stay far far away from this Company, I have put up with and ignored all of the hate towards them for years because I genuinely enjoyed there games but my account too was recently hacked and taken over and they refuse to do anything about it and only get bs AI generated responses, I even provided them with my id and Activation keys and still nothing. They need some serious litigation brought against them or a civil law suit cause this is unacceptable

krysia4's situation is exactly why I've been bitterly opposed to linking one account to another from the very beginning, where one is permanently linked to the other and cannot be unlinked. Terrible corporate practice.

Ubisoft doesn't care about consuments. My Ubisoft account was hacked and stolen, I gave all required informations to Ubisoft Support yet they still say they can't verify if this stolen account was really mine. Which means I can't play Ubisoft games on Steam because my Steam account is linked to Ubisoft account :))) F#ck you guys.

Horrible company. One of the game logic supervisors wanted pics of my booty after I asked for refund for a game they took away from me after I paid for it

sent them screenshots of my purchases on r6 console, everything correctly linked and all they can keep saying is im a liar pretty much how can i have proof of purchase and be in the wrong when all im asking for is my purchases to be acknowledged and to not feel like they are literally stealing my money and calling me a liar. ive opened 6 different tickets and i do everything they ask then all of a sudden when i share my proof of purchases they close the ticket with a closing statement pretty much accusing me of falsifying. wtf how is this real?

They could add achievements from other games on Steam, like other Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, this would attract more attention, there are people who are more interested in playing an old game that has achievements, it becomes more attractive, just import the achievements from ubsoft connect to Steam, would already be a great addition, and very welcome.

I bought AC Valhalla. Stupid 3rd party app installs. Whatever. "create acct". nothing happens. tried it 5 times. Went to website. "Create acct" nothing happens. tried to login with playstation acct. "cannot connect". WTF. tried 3 emails. Put everything in offline mode to play game. "cant play without connection" . I couldnt even get support bc your website says I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCT. Your bs is just as bad as EA. Im getting a refund for my game and never buying anythihng from Ubisoft again. Looked up online. Ubisoft going down the drain, scandals and all kind of f*(*d up stuff. then you add your own launcher to the games? how dumb are your teams.

Unless a game is shared by another publisher, I cannot play it anymore. I even paid for a subscription. It made NO difference. They keep scamming me with the error message: There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. Please contact customer support if you need help in solving this problem.
