Type 3 Control

Summary
Type 3 Control is a military command given from Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTACs) to attack aircraft in combat. This control gives the most freedom to the attack aircraft to engage and destroy enemy targets. While the controller has overall authority over the attack, the pilot of the aircraft has the freedom to choose ordnance, targets, angle of attack, ingress/egress.

How does this lay the foundation for the Community?
The founders of this community want to give its members the liberty to come and go as they please, and play the style they want. No ones going to require an attendance rate, or how much you put into the group. You are a gamer, you have a real life. We are here to enjoy one another's company and time, don't waste it.

Organized and Structured
The way this group is organized is simple, we have a game that has Divisions (25 players "for now") this "division" will have a leader and a co-leader. These people are more in control of events and gathering people. It is not a flex on non-leadership people.

Community Ranks
The community will have a ranking structure that will come with different prerequisites and responsibilities. These prerequisites could include: time playing with the community, recruiting new members, and overall helping progress the community forward. You won't have to do these requirements to play with the group, these are basically achievements that will progress you up the community.
