Discord Server Setup

For those who don't know Discord is a free web / program based VoIP application and it's coming along really nicely. I have setup a Discord server for us to use. If you don't have the application you can just use the web based client at first. If you have the application you can use the link below to join the server as well.

Could you tell us a little bit about what makes Discord special? I mean why should we use Discord instead of one of the many well-established popular VoIP programs like Teamspeak, Raidcall, Curse, or Skype.

Skype imo has pretty terrible mic settings, cpu hog, and leaks your IP and probably more information.

Teamspeak is nice but can be a little complicated at times and requires a dedicated server setup somewhere

I have never used raidcall or curse.
