I had the exact thing happen with BOT#13, i deposited 2 items, they were accepted and no balance or transaction history on the site but the bot still has those items on the site.

There was a bug that caused trades from multitradebot 10/4010 to fail. It bot was down but the main server didn't know it so it kept sending trades to it.
I have fixed the bug so it don't again and everyone who traded with bot 4010 and lost balance has been automaticly refunded :) Make sure you relog to see your new balance.

doing the other refund requests now.
