It has come to my attention that a very small portion of the staff listed on the website is actually active, myself included. I believe we should have a staff meeting where we look over the "official" staff list, taking the opinions of non-staff into consideration, of course.

Since I'm pretty formulaic and like having an "SOP" I'm going to second what Nebula posted. There should be "defaults" for as many things as possible and then individual discretion from there. These "defaults" also need to be kept in a known location for reference.

How many slays per rdm (every case)
Map exploitation procedure
Re-evaluate traitorous actions
Discuss pre-round KOS
Mention any bugs/glitches
Talk about a possible better method of officer management
Suggestion: someone record and post the meeting
